A Place for Infusion and Mixology

On Monday, January 9, 2012, Sacacuento launched Mezcal Labs. Mezcal Labs will be an infusion and mixology experimentation facility used to develop new tastes and product for Mezcal.

Follow are development progress on the newest infusions for Mezcal. We will involve other mixology professionals in Mezcal Labs and invite our customers to participate as well.
